Welcome to Queen's Gate, a secure Hawaii Kai community along the Hawaii Kai Championship Golf Course. This beautifully cared-for single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers island living with sweeping golf course views and a sizable swimming pool. Lovingly maintained by a local senior artist, the home features a spacious open kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances. The primary suite offers a sitting area, generous closet space, walk-in shower and remodeled bath with a freestanding soaking tub. Freshly painted inside and out, the home also features split AC and 14 owned photovoltaic panels. The newer concrete tile roof has more than 28 years remaining on a fully transferable, non-prorated manufacturer warranty-an approximately $70,000 investment. Enjoy the community clubhouse/recreation center with kitchen, lounge and TV area, game table, ping pong, racquetball court, tennis/pickleball courts, and additional community improvements planned. Peaceful and private, yet close to everything Hawaii Kai has to offer-Koko Marina, Costco, dining, shopping, Sandy Beach, Hanauma Bay, Koko Head and the Hawaii Kai Marina.
