Discover peace, privacy, and true self-sufficient living on this lush, wooded parcel located in one of East Hawaii's most sought-after subdivisions. Tucked away toward the rear of the lot for maximum seclusion, a charming unpermitted cabin offers the perfect footprint for a quiet retreat, creative workspace, or eco-friendly living environment. Fully gated entry opens to a long driveway winding through native flora, opening up to a sparsely cleared homesite that leaves plenty of surrounding forest intact for natural privacy. Equipped with a solar power system, rainwater catchment, and an on-demand water heater. Includes a dedicated indoor bathroom complete with a flush toilet and a tub/shower combo. Whether you're looking for an off-grid hideaway, a starter footprint, or a private canvas to build upon in HPP, this property offers the essential infrastructure already in place. Property is being sold strictly As-Is, and no personal items or materials on site will be removed prior to closing. Cash purchase only; no seller financing is offered.
