Licensed since 1998 and holding the esteemed title of Realtor and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Carin's genuine love for her work stems from its inherent flexibility, inherent fun, and perpetual challenge. With a strong educational background, a deep-rooted connection to her Hawaiian roots, and a genuine commitment to serving her clients, Carin Lim stands as a trusted advisor and valued partner in the East Honolulu real estate market.

Carin's journey into real estate was preceded by six enriching years in Japan, where she pursued her education at the esteemed International Christian University in Tokyo, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language. In the 1980s and 1990s, while raising three children, Carin successfully navigated the dynamic world of real estate sales, leveraging her innate talent for communication and her deep-rooted connections within the local community. Seeking a balance between career and family, Carin transitioned to a role as a language teacher at Punahou School, where she dedicated a decade to nurturing young minds and fostering cross-cultural understanding.

Outside of her real estate endeavors, Carin finds joy and relaxation in the great outdoors, indulging in her love for tennis, golf, and pickleball. Her dedication to community involvement extends beyond the realm of real estate, as she actively participates in various local organizations and initiatives.
