Having lived throughout Europe in Germany and Italy, Ivy has resided in Hawai’i since 2012, when she was given military orders. Ivy is a retired warrant officer with 28 years of aviation maintenance expertise. Her time in the military instilled in her that staying organized is essential to every task you take on, a skill that she applies with rigor in her real estate career. During her military tenure, Ivy received a Master of Secondary Education and a Graduate Degree in Counseling Psychology. Currently, she is working on obtaining her Ph.D. Despite retirement, Ivy is still actively involved in the Armed Forces community through membership in several military and veteran organizations. In her spare time, Ivy likes to discover innovative ways to make a house a home through staging, rearranging, and gardening.
