Born in Texas near the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Shannon visited Honolulu in 1993 to work with her great-aunt at Fort Shafter and made Hawaii her permanent home. After graduating with an MA in American Studies from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa in 1996, Shannon began her real estate career and has since become one of Hawaii's most versatile and accomplished agents.

Shannon's hard work and dedication have been consistently recognized by her clients, earning numerous client service awards since 2004. Her commitment to community service includes serving on real estate boards, chairing events supporting local elementary schools, and involvement with Project Visitation, which reunites siblings separated in the foster care system. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Rainbow Chamber of Commerce, which she helped found, and is a former board member of the Hawaii LGBT Legacy Foundation.

Shannon has been married to her wife, Lidia, since 2016, after a twenty-year partnership. Together they made their home in Waikiki with their beloved rescue dog Coco Lani (2011-2024). The team rescued Lani in March of 2025, a 6 lb bundle of energy. Shannon combines her deep market knowledge, development expertise, and genuine care for her clients to deliver exceptional service in every transaction.
