Sky Ross brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to real estate, combining attentiveness, honesty, and a warm, approachable style that helps clients feel supported from start to finish. Specializing in buyers and sellers across Oʻahu, she works with clients purchasing and selling homes, condominiums, investment properties, and new construction.

Sky offers a distinctive perspective shaped by her experience as a developer’s representative with Howard Hughes Corporation, where she guided buyers through inspections, new development purchases, and the closing process. That hands-on experience gave her a strong understanding of construction and transaction details, particularly valuable for clients considering newly built residences.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Sky’s connection to Oʻahu runs deep. Having lived in neighborhoods including Kaimuki, Kahala, Kapahulu, Waikiki, and Hawaii Kai, she brings clients an insider’s perspective on the communities, lifestyles, and opportunities that make each area unique. Sky is driven by a belief that homeownership should feel possible and takes pride in helping clients navigate one of life’s most meaningful milestones with clarity and care. Sky earned her degree in Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles.

Outside of real estate, she volunteers with Friends of the Library of Hawaii, paddles with Outrigger Canoe Club, and enjoys reading. With deep island roots, development experience, and a sincere passion for helping others, Sky Ross brings both insight and heart to every real estate journey.
