Amanda Cummins brings over a decade of real estate experience to her role as a licensed agent, having spent 10+ years supporting top-producing agents as a transaction coordinator. With a deep understanding of contracts, timelines, and the emotional journey of buying or selling a home, Amanda now leads clients through the process with calm, care, and confidence.

Originally from Colorado, she made the move to Hawaiʻi three years ago and quickly fell in love with the diversity on Oʻahu. She’s immersed herself in meeting new people and connecting with others in her community, driving her passion to help others find their place in the islands. Her approach blends precision with heart—ensuring that every client feels supported, informed, and genuinely excited about what’s ahead.
