Earl Lee is the Chairman of BHHS Hawai'i Realty and the Designated Broker. His previous work experience includes leadership positions at HSF Affiliates LLC, the operator of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Prudential Real Estate and Real Living franchises, Prudential Real Estate, and Relocations Services serving in various positions including CEO and President of both organizations for nearly 18 years.

Prior to joining the above organizations, Earl was Senior Vice President, Principal Broker, and Partner at Locations, LLC for 25 years. Earl has also served as a Board Member of the National Associations of REALTORS®, Member of the Executive Committee of the National Association of REALTORS, Worldwide ERC Board of Directors, Asian American Association Board of Directors, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professions Board of Directors.  Lastly, he is a past president of the Hawaii Association of REALTORS®.
