Love Conrad has been practicing real estate full time for the past couple of years and is already making waves. Love believes real estate should feel personal, not transactional, and she’s known for building real connections while guiding clients toward their home goals with clarity and heart.

With strong knowledge of O‘ahu’s Leeward Coast and a hands-on, talk-story approach, Love is a trusted guide for buyers and sellers navigating the island market. As a military wife and a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she understands the unique rhythm, timelines, and challenges military families face—from PCS moves to VA loans—and brings that insight into every transaction. After more than 20 years on the mainland—16 of them in Parker, Colorado—Love offers a grounded, well-rounded perspective that blends mainland experience with island values.

Before real estate, Love built her career as a dental assistant and later as a Leasing Manager at Mala Grove Townhomes in Waipahu, sharpening her eye for detail, service, and people-first care.

Born and raised on O‘ahu’s West Side, Love’s roots run deep. Her story weaves through meeting her husband at Pearl Harbor, raising three kids on the mainland, and finally coming home to Hawai‘i in 2022. Clients know her as friendly, down-to-earth, and fiercely loyal—she treats every client like ʻohana.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Love hiking Kaʻena Point, paddleboarding, playing pickleball, whale watching, shell picking, making lei, and soaking up the simple joys of island life. She treasures time with her ʻohana and attending services at New Hope Leeward. Above all, Love is passionate about helping others move forward with confidence, care, and aloha—making the buying or selling journey feel less stressful and a lot more meaningful.
