Additionally, as Vice Chair of the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Standard Forms Committee, she played a vital role in revising and developing Hawaii’s library of real estate contracts.

As an agent again, Phoebe continues to build on her expertise, leveraging her extensive background to serve clients with confidence and skill. Before becoming a BIC, she achieved impressive sales numbers, successfully closing 50 homes and listing 38 homes, averaging 12 closings per year. Her extensive background also includes over 20 years as a Human Resource Executive in Hawaii and San Francisco, where she honed her people skills, negotiation tactics, and administrative expertise.

Originally from California, Phoebe has made Kaneohe her home for the last two decades. She holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of California at Berkeley.
