With more than 20 years of experience in customer service and a deep commitment to excellence, Sylvia Grady delivers real estate experiences that go beyond expectations and enhance her clients’ lifestyles. Her professional background includes international trade and logistics, having worked as an Export Assistant specializing in imports and exports across the U.S., Asia, and Russia. This global experience refined her attention to detail, organization, and ability to build trusted relationships—skills she brings to every real estate transaction.

Born in Poland and raised in Germany, Sylvia developed a lifelong passion for languages and cultures. She is fluent in Polish, German, and English, with academic knowledge of Latin and French. Her international upbringing allows her to connect naturally with clients from diverse backgrounds and guide them confidently through major life transitions.

Sylvia’s journey to Hawaii was shaped by her close connection to the military community. Through years of firsthand experience with military relocations—both stateside and abroad—she gained a strong understanding of the complexities involved in moving. While working for the U.S. Army Housing Office in Germany, she supported service members and their families by helping create smooth, stress-free housing transitions. It was through the military that Sylvia ultimately made her way to Hawaii, a place she is proud to call home.

Today, Sylvia lives on Oʻahu with her teenage daughter and remains deeply connected to her community through volunteerism at James Campbell High School and her continued support of military families on the island. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, reading, organizing, drawing, photography, and spending time outdoors.
