With over 15 years as a Behavioral Health Specialist for the Department of Education, Lectie brings a rare skill set to real estate: strong communication, emotional intelligence, flexibility, and thoughtful decision-making under pressure. Her background as a competitive open-water swimmer and triathlete has shaped a disciplined, solutions-oriented mindset that translates into focused negotiation, strategic problem-solving, and steady guidance throughout the process.

Lectie serves a diverse clientele across O‘ahu, including first-time buyers, military and relocation clients, investors, and luxury buyers and sellers. She is a multiple-time Aloha ʻĀina REALTOR® Awards nominee (2018–2025) and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling, which further strengthens her ability to advocate for clients while keeping transactions productive and grounded. Originally from Central New York, Lectie has called Hawai‘i home since 2009. Outside of real estate, she’s passionate about ocean swimming, paddling, travel, and fully embracing the island lifestyle.
