I cannot say enough good things about Etsuko and Yoko, and I am so grateful to have been referred to Etsuko by a colleague.
As a first time home buyer, the paperwork at first was daunting, however, Etsuko took the time to sit down with me and walk through every single line of the contract and answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!). Etsuko and Yoko clearly demonstrated their high level of experience and knowledge, and were able to answer any questions my wife and I had throughout the whole process with great clarity. Etsuko's experience also shown through when she could clearly explain to me the pros and cons of the different areas in Oahu, and then even go into the nuances on a variety of different things unique to those different areas.
Another item that demonstrated Etsuko and Yoko's high level of professionalism and caring was that they made themselves always available to my wife and I via a group text, were never out of reach, were always very responsive to questions and concerns. We never had to wait very long at all to hear back throughout the whole process.
As I am currently in the continental U.S., I was unable to do walk throughs in person with my wife and Etsuko. Etsuko recorded every single one, even the various inspections as well, and uploaded them all to youtube for me so I could view them as well! Another example (of many) of Etsuko going above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation.
Etsuko also did a fantastic job negotiating and getting me an amazing deal on our new home. My wife and I are still in disbelief that we were able to negotiate to get our house at the price point we did.
Etsuko and Yoko handled the whole process so well, went above and beyond, and everything went smooth without any issues. If we ever sell or buy again, we absolutely will be working with Etsuko's team again, and we will definitely be referring her to our family and friends.
My wife and I cannot recommend Etsuko and Yoko enough. Easy 5/5 stars!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Colleen Sullivan while purchasing our home on the Big Island!

Shari did an awesome job representing me as the seller's agent for a Kailua Beachside home sale. She worked tirelessly 7 days a week to achieve a quick sale at the best possible price and always kept me up to date in a timely manner with any new developments, explaining all pertinent details, so that any decisions that I needed to make were with the knowledge that I could do so confidently. She was polite in our verbal and written communication and was very responsive in getting back to me when I texted or emailed her, always acknowledging receipt of information I sent or responding to questions that I asked. She is very knowledgeable about the local market sharing information when it related to our the sale of my home. I have so many positive things to say about Corinda Wong and her team that I hardly know where to begin!
When we decided to sell our home in Kailua, Oahu, we interviewed six agents recommended by family, friends, and neighbors. Although we’d had Corinda’s magnet calendar on our refrigerator for over 10 years, we wanted to be absolutely sure we chose the right agent. We were relocating across the country, had a tight timeline, and needed help coordinating the relocation of family members living in part of our home.
Corinda stood out for her professionalism, organization, punctuality, excellent communication, and, above all, her kind, positive energy and diplomatic approach to solving every challenge. Her outstanding team was always on top of things, too! Everyone we mentioned her name to already knew of her and agreed that Team Wong is the best, especially in Kailua and Windward Oahu.
Corinda coordinated everything, from staging and repairs to pest control, without hesitation or judgment. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Renting is very different from buying a place and JoAnn instantly helped put me at ease. My primary concern was finding a place that would allow me to comfortably host family and friends visiting from overseas, while also trying to sticking to a specific budget with very little wiggle room. JoAnn understood and we spent several months looking for the right place. When we did find it, she counseled me and walked me through every single step of the way. She was honest, she was supportive, she kept me abreast of everything, she answered my questions, and she still took time to listen to me and check in. When the escrow closed, JoAnn sent me the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers to congratulate me.
I don’t think realtors get much better than her. You can’t go wrong working with her.

As soon as there was an offered message from Lectie, it just moved so quickly from showing, inspection, escrow to closing. The process took less than a month. Thanks to Lectie for listening to my concerns and going through the processing. Her communication skills, knowledge and professionalism deserves the FIVE STARS.

Liz was an amazing real estate agent. She listened to all our wants and needs, addressed any concerns we had throughout the buying process, and made sure communication between us and the seller was handled promptly.
